A long journey is ahead
walking this path alone
listening to the silence
insecurities fill me with sadness
overcoming them
learning to be secure alone
a sad creature
far has been the journey already
but remains the insecure person

Do I hurt?
I know thru pain that I am alive
Pain is part of life
pain start out small
grows till it fills my body
grows bigger and bigger till it is outside
pops and is gone
is it ever really gone?

Life is short
viewing the things that happen to us in a positive light
letting life flow over us
absorbing the feelings
Letting go and yet still holding on
Being in the moment, and knowing it
Enjoying everything that happens, good or bad
Soon it will all be gone

learning to be silent
learning to be forgotten
learning to fade away
letting go of all obsessions and passions
disappearing
then being once more
